Free Shipping Information & Qualifications:

Free shipping is available on select items that ship via UPS or USPS ground. Eligible products will be clearly noted on the product page, and a shipping summary will be displayed in your cart prior to checkout.

Free shipping offers are intended for commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only and do not apply to residential or rural locations. While some orders outside this area may still qualify, shipments to residential, remote, or “out of service” locations, including certain APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii, may incur additional shipping charges. If your order is shipping to one of these locations, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not ship until the additional charges are reviewed and approved.

Orders over $5,000 qualify for free shipping; however, all of the same geographic and delivery restrictions apply. Some items cannot be shipped via standard ground services due to size or weight limitations and will be shipped via LTL freight trucking.

All LTL freight shipments are curbside delivery unless otherwise specified. Lift gate service is not included with free shipping and is available upon request for an additional fee. Free shipping on orders over $5,000 does not include any lift gate service charges.

Shipping Information

Shipments will be made via the most reasonable methods as determined by Pharma Shelving.  Pharma Shelving will have the sole discretion to select the method of shipment, routing of shipment, point of origin of shipment and selection of carrier FOB (Freight On Board) shipping point. Shipping and delivery dates given by Pharma Shelving are estimates only. Pharma Shelving will not be liable for damages due to the delay in, or the inability to complete, manufacture or deliver goods due to labor difficulties, weather, Acts of God, governmental acts or regulations, shipping delays, inability to obtain equipment or material from the sources of supply, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Pharma Shelving. The customer will pay Pharma Shelving reasonable storage and handling charges for any shipments that are delayed on account of the customer. On all orders placed via the internet, shipping charges will be added to order before shipping of order. Pharma Shelving reserves the right to ship part or partial orders without prior notification.

Shipping methods that may be used are as follows:

  • Most merchandise will be shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS. Unless: Some items are not able to be shipped via regular ground shipping due to size or weight limits so they will be shipped using a LTL trucking company. Curbside delivery unless specified. Customer is responsible for any additional freight charges unless indicated otherwise.
  • Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day maybe available at an additional cost.

Partial Shipments

Pharma Shelving reserves the right to ship part of or partial orders without prior notification. If the majority of the order is backordered, a representative will contact you.

Inspection and Damaged Shipments

** We require that you inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery. **

All packages delivered should be inspected UPON RECEIPT. We are not responsible for missing items and/or damage that is not reported to us within the first 24 hours of receipt of delivery. You must open all cartons, skids and packaging while the driver is present and inspect your merchandise for any damages. You must call Pharma Shelving immediately at: (631) 392-0680, to report any damages. Failure to properly notate damages will waive our right to file a claim against the carrier on your behalf.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit to your shipping location. Follow these steps:

  1. Do NOT sign truck bill of loading.
  2. Print “Damaged Upon Arrival” where you would normally sign.
  3. Contact immediately at: (631) 392-0680.

We will file a claim and send you a replacement product. We will send out a new product or replacement part at our discretion. We are not responsible for replacing damaged merchandise that is not reported to us within the first 24 hours of receipt.

Pharma Shelving will not be responsible or liable for any merchandise claims of damage if the merchandise is not properly inspected by the recipient (all cartons, skids and packaging opened) at the time of truck delivery and in the presence of the driver. No claims of damaged merchandise received by common carrier delivery will be accepted by Pharma Shelving if recipient fails to properly inspect merchandise (by opening all cartons, skids, and packaging) in the presence of the driver. No claim of damaged merchandise received by common carrier delivery will be accepted by Pharma Shelving if recipient signs the truck bill of lading that the merchandise was received in good condition.

All risk of loss or damage and all incidents of title and ownership will pass to the customer when Pharma Shelving completes delivery of the goods to the carrier (F.O.B. point of origin of shipment) even though Pharma Shelving  may have selected the carrier. In no event will Pharma Shelving be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits or incidental or consequential damages, that result after Pharma Shelving delivers the goods. For any such loss or damage, Pharma Shelving will have no responsibility whatsoever. However, Pharma Shelving will initiate claims directly with the carrier on your behalf.

Acceptance

All goods sold pursuant to this instrument are subject to inspection by the customer promptly upon the customer’s receipt and, unless Pharma Shelving is advised in writing to the contrary, such goods will be deemed to be accepted as conforming with the requirements of this instrument and free from all discover-able defects. If the customer finds the goods to be non-conforming, the customer must promptly advice Pharma Shelving in writing, specifying all claimed defects or non-conformities and the customer will give Pharma Shelving an opportunity to investigate.

Pharma Shelving will not be responsible or accountable for loss of anticipatory profits, or for special, minor or significant damages allegedly caused by the user of such items. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the quality, workmanship, design, merchantability, suitability, or condition of the items for any particular purpose, or any other representation or warranty whatsoever.
