Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Most products may be returned within 30 days of receipt and must include original packing slip/invoice, be in original carton and in unused condition. Specialty items, including but not limited to display tables, wrap counters, mannequins, display cases, gondola shelving and slatwall panels are not returnable.

Authorized returns will receive a full product credit (minus shipping fees and restocking fee of 25%) to the method of payment used at time of order. All freight charges are at the full expense of the customer.

To return a qualified item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service Department. DO NOT SHIP merchandise back to our Pharma Shelving address. You will be provided with return address information. We must be notified in advance of any return. Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to the sender at their full expense.

All items returned must be in original cartons. No returns are accepted after 30 days of the ship date. For more information please contact us.

Pharma Shelving will replace, refund or issue store credit for any item we deem valid for return. We will not be responsible or accountable for loss of anticipatory profits, or for special, minor or significant damages allegedly caused by the user of such items. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the quality, workmanship, design, merchantability, suitability, or condition of the items for any particular purpose, or any other representation or warranty whatsoever.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers. Pharma Shelving reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Cancellations Policy

If you need to cancel your order please contact Pharma Shelving immediately by email using the contact form on the website or call (631) 392-0680. Please note, once an order has entered production or shipped it may not be cancelled. If your item is returnable, you may return the item subject to the return policy.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Pharma Shelving and its parent company [Store Fixtures Direct] harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.
